Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation by the organizer.
  • Valid cancellation request by the customer within the permitted timeframe.
  • Technical errors leading to failed transactions.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No-shows or late arrivals at events.
  • Cancellations made after the permitted timeframe.
  • Events explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable”.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 - 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting administrative or transaction fees.
