Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Event cancellation by the organizer.
- Valid cancellation request by the customer within the permitted timeframe.
- Technical errors leading to failed transactions.
Non-Refundable Cases
- No-shows or late arrivals at events.
- Cancellations made after the permitted timeframe.
- Events explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable”.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 - 10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting administrative or transaction fees.
