Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made through the Platform before the deadline specified by the event organizer.
  • If no deadline is provided, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, customers will be notified via registered contact details.
  • The Company will process refunds in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Non-Cancellable Bookings

Certain events (e.g., exclusive or limited-entry events) may not allow cancellations. These will be clearly stated during booking.
